Steve Lade is responsible for total project management including controlling budgets and providing day-to-day communication with the project team to ensure jobs remain on schedule. Steve holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with owners, architects, and engineers, resulting in successful construction experiences. Steve maintains direct relationships with LTX Home Builders clients to ensure the successful completion of all projects.
Steve has extensive experience in high production home building construction and has managed more than 50 concurrent projects at a time. During his 20-year career he has overseen the construction of thousands of projects and has attained numerous construction certifications. Steve has built the company’s reputation on his desire to provide the highest quality home possible for every buyer’s budget.
As the Operations Manager, Rich Lade is responsible for the overall success of LTX Home Builders Homebuilding operation. With an established background in Business Administration Rich oversees all facets of the Home Building operations, including project management, estimating, land acquisition, planning, and field management.
Rich has numerous construction certifications from Texas as well as Florida where he has held a Certified General Contractor License since 2007, the highest construction license issued allowing a holder to perform all levels of construction. Rich has supervised the successful completion of thousands of projects over the course of his 20-year career.
